How long is the Short Buds™ cord?
Short Buds™ have a cord that is approximately 15 inches or 38 cm long. This is long enough to reach a shirt collar, sports bra straps, or the back of a cyclist's helmet.
Can the cord reach an armband mp3 holder or front chest pocket?
Unless you are very tall, the cord on the single stereo-to-mono earbud should reach either a front chest pocket or an armband holder, provided that the pocket/holder is on the same side of the body as the ear you want to place the earbud into.
The double earbud stereo set will not comfortably reach an armband or front chest pocket.
Do you have Short Buds™ in styles other than "in-ear", such as wrap-around or iPod-style?
Not at this time.
Do you have Short Buds™ with a microphone or remote control functions?
Not at this time.
What is the Short Buds™ product warranty?
WARRANTY: Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original shipping date (the warranty period).
During the warranty period, a defective product or part of it will be replaced, provided that it is returned freight prepaid by the original buyer who is in possession of the original proof of purchase.
In the event that the product has been misused, mishandled, where unauthorized repairs have been performed, or where damage or defect is due to normal wear and tear, this warranty is not valid.
Please contact us prior to returning a product for warranty replacement or refund.

RETURN POLICY: You may return new, unopened items within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact us for information on how and where to return it.
All returns for a refund must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds after 60 days from the delivery date, or for items that are not in their original condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on any products returned for a refund. Customs duties and fees are not-refundable.
