Will BudLoks™ work with my earbuds?
BudLoks™ are designed to work with many styles of earphones produced by most manufacturers. These include earphones featuring a rubber ear-tipped "ear-canal" design with a circular body, as well as those with a rounded speaker design that rests inside the ear, similar to iPod-style earphones.

*BudLoks will not work with most IEM (in-ear-monitor) designs due to the position of the manufactured speaker housing.
Will BudLoks™ work with the Apple iPhone 5/6 "earpods"?
Our new BudLoks design will work with earphones that have their sound port on the side of the earphone body. You can find them here. BudLoks for EarPod and Amazon Fire Earbuds

How do you clean BudLoks™?
Clean with warm, soapy water and allow to air dry.
What is the BudLoks™ product warranty?
WARRANTY: Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original shipping date (the warranty period).
During the warranty period, a defective product or part of it will be replaced, provided that it is returned freight prepaid by the original buyer who is in possession of the original proof of purchase.
In the event that the product has been misused, mishandled, where unauthorized repairs have been performed, or where damage or defect is due to normal wear and tear, this warranty is not valid.
Please contact us prior to returning a product for warranty replacement or refund.
What is the BudLoks™ return policy?

RETURN POLICY: You may return new, unopened items within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact us for information on how and where to return it.
All returns for a refund must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds after 60 days from the delivery date, or for items that are not in their original condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on any products returned for a refund. Customs duties and fees are not-refundable.
