What are Brite Buds™?
Developed with the nocturnal athlete and outdoorsman in mind, Brite Buds™ Reflective Cord Earbuds employ the same inter-locking plaiting process used in high-grade parachute cord. Weaving water-resistant fibers with glass bead retro-reflective threading has resulted in the creation of the first line of reflective earphones specifically designed for strength and increased visibility during nighttime activity.
Our Brite Buds™ reflective line includes both a standard, stereo model as well as a single sided, stereo-to-mono version for those who wish to maintain alertness in any environment.
Do you have Brite Buds™ in styles other than "in-ear", such as wrap-around or iPod-style?

Do you have Brite Buds™ with a microphone or remote control functions?
Not at this time.
What is the Brite Buds™ product warranty?
WARRANTY: Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original shipping date (the warranty period).
During the warranty period, a defective product or part of it will be replaced, provided that it is returned freight prepaid by the original buyer who is in possession of the original proof of purchase.
In the event that the product has been misused, mishandled, where unauthorized repairs have been performed, or where damage or defect is due to normal wear and tear, this warranty is not valid.

What is the Brite Buds™ return policy?

RETURN POLICY: You may return new, unopened items within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact us for information on how and where to return it.
All returns for a refund must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds after 60 days from the delivery date, or for items that are not in their original condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on any products returned for a refund. Customs duties and fees are not-refundable.
