Will the OneGood™ Earphone's microphone work with my Smartphone?
Though the microphone works with all below listed devices, as with most after-market microphones, the function of the remote button varies depending on the device:

Why is there static when I move the plug inside the jack?
Weather changes have been known to cause the nickle-plated plug end to oxidize. This invisible coating can be easily removed with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a paper towel.
Contact us if additional support is needed.
Gold-plated plug end models are currently in production to eliminate this issue.
My earphone broke, fell apart, stopped working, the wire frayed, etc. Now what?
Please contact us for support. Let us know what happened and we will work with you to solve any warranty issues.
What is the OneGood™ Earphones product warranty?
WARRANTY: Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original shipping date (the warranty period).
During the warranty period, a defective product or part of it will be replaced, provided that it is returned freight prepaid by the original buyer who is in possession of the original proof of purchase.
In the event that the product has been misused, mishandled, where unauthorized repairs have been performed, or where damage or defect is due to normal wear and tear, this warranty is not valid.
Please contact us prior to returning a product for warranty replacement or refund.
What is the OneGood™ Earphones return policy?

RETURN POLICY: You may return new, unopened items within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact us for information on how and where to return it.
All returns for a refund must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds after 60 days from the delivery date, or for items that are not in their original condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on any products returned for a refund. Customs duties and fees are not-refundable.
